I too would like to know the latest on Origins. Last I heard they pushed it back. At this point, WAR doesn't cut it. Origins were to be released in August, I'd say October should be reasonable, they didn't say a massive delay.
I'm thinking they want to see how WAR pans out for them. Once it settles down I think they'll start droping info on Origins.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-
I'd say it's a bad time based on the popularity of WAR. A lot of DAoC players have already made a jump to WAR. Others are waiting to see if WAR answers on their promises, so far they have. I would suspect that WAR will give WoW a run in popularity and therefore DAoC will thin out quite a bit. However, DAoC is still a great game, just the numbers may be lacking.
