How can my Mecenaries earn new skills ?

in Atlantica Online

Im wondering where to learn new skill for my mercenaries. . do I have to talk to NPC to add new skills for my mecenaries ?? do you know any website to look up to where to go and what new skill available for your level ? and how come that there’s no quest list and what prizes we are getting.. is there anysite like stratics.com for this game ??

    I believe they just earn it upon leveling up or you to just buy spellbooks and teach them the skills

    I found that using commodity boxes reveals manuals that can raise your mercenary and main character's skill levels after using it on them. Commodity boxes are dropped from various monsters and as quest rewards as well.

    skills are available through books you can loot from monsters and npc stores. the level requirement is the issue

    All skill books drop from Commodity boxes, which drop from Monster or are sold through the Market.

    it contains the item., required level., type., name., damage., attack type., additional ability

    well some say some npc sells books but i still have'nt seen them in atlantica., maybe if you just explore all the maps you'll come up with it., hahaha. who know.?
