Guild War and Alignment?

in Guilds
anyone know if you can 1. call out a guild for battle.. you could in EQ1 and i am sure that you can in EQ2. but what i was wondering the most is that if you are a Qeynos guild, will you be able to fight Freeport guilds right away with no guild war request? so will it be good vs evil guilds and such?

    There is no PvP at lauch, that means no guild wars or good(Qeynos) vs. Evil(Freeport) battles.

    My guess is that eventually every server will have PvP and AvA (but not anywhere) There will probaly be special fields where Freeport and Qeynos can fight each other if players want pvp. Thats just my guess it could be completey wrong but who knows image
