want to see extreme graphic setting

this game got great combat idea and looks fast and fun right away but the graphic and overall visuals look damn outdated for year 2008+

 

i want to see the extreme super max out graphic setting on this game to see if it helps and justify and to make it acceptable for my eyes and compensate it or not. want to see it on:

- opteron 8360 barcelona

- 16gb ram ddr3 4x 4gb

- two 4870  x2 (personally think nvidia more quality but ati better image)

- vista 64bit

- 30" NEC LCD monitor

 

 

 

 

ps. this game dont feature dx10?

This game is going for highly stylised graphics like say War, and WoW. If the graphics looked any better than they do now, then there is no way they would have a fps combat system without tons of instancing. Its also the unreal engine 2 so theres only so much they can do with it graphic wise, that should also answer your question about DX 10.

Personally I think the game looks fine, as long as it plays well I couldnt care less about the graphics. So many terrible games comming out lately I would quite happily play a game that is 2d if it was fun, and felt like an mmo and not a single player game with content that has been seen in every mmo for the last 8 years.

So who is all gonna play it if few ppl can run it? Think we seen this in AoC already. Not everybody is willing to spend $3500 on a new PC every few months to keep up with games. I agree the graphics look a bit outdated...but if the game turns out fun n runs smooth for most ppl then I don't mind the graphics. And to run DX10, this means you need Vista.... Had vista...it will never be put back on my PC again.

I think you can max tcos out with half of what you got. If graphics is the only thing you're after, I doubt this game is for you.

The graphic is fine. No need for singleplayer visuals here. Its the gameplay we should care about.

This games using the Unreal 2.5 Engine from 2004.

Same engine used in Lineage2.

think we all know all SocketF boards Use DDR2  FB-DIMM's.

(Btw where u seen 4Gb mudules anyways think its 2gb max until for DDR3 until Samsung releases their 50nm )

HP actualy has 4gb ECC ddr2 dims the HP 484062-B21 run at 800Mhz and cost about 1000,- USD for a set of 2)

You took a look at my screenshot from SUN already to find out what FSAA or AA is ?

P.S. please dont tell me that these are your computers specs gos then they need to lock u up and trow away the key..

 Ah well who knows they get crossfire working on a nVidia MCP55 Pro or a nForce Pro 2200/3600 chipset.

Not sure if they even support SLI..

(nforce 3600  boards do support 4 of them barcelona's but i dont think that helps the game )
