Actually I thought Palin did much better than expected. She gave the Republicans who are supporting her a huge boost of confidence with the way she handled herself. That debate was much more interesting than the Presidential debate was, at least for me. I think they both did a decent job.
I agree with you too. I had not seen much of Biden before tonight and found him to be sincere and likeable.
I still think Palin won :P
I think both did what they wanted to do tonight. Biden didn't commit any major gaffs and Palin didn't implode and held her own. But Palin, like McCain, needed to really hit a homerun to not only shore up the damage she brought to the ticket in the last week or so but she also needed to repair some of that damage. I don't think she did, so I have to give Biden a narrow victory in this debate. Palin needs to seriously tone down the down-home cutsiness because she really is not projecting a Vice-Presidental image and more like she's running for vice-president of the local PTA..
I honestly can't wait to watch the VP debate next week. After Palin's interview with Katie Couric last week, I think it will be a complete travesty for her. I'll bet that at this very moment, she is getting crammed with all kinds of information on economics, what to say if someone brings up her asinine comments about her and Russia, etc. What do you guys think, will she be able to hold her own in this debate? Or will she make herself look so bad that everyone will be calling for her to back out? * Oops I had 2 windows open, my bad. This was supposed to be in the off-topic section. Please move it for me mods, thank you.
Gosh, I guess you were wrong too huh?
Were you under the impression that Palin did good or won? She may have not fallen on her ass but she sure as hell came no where near close to winning. If you deny that then your delusional.
Just like Obama won too huh? ya i'm totally delusional. and was I talking to you? just wondering. edit: i can make your own window if you want.
Palin connected with the audience directly. Biden did not. biden comes off like an old used car salesman.
Ya. Palin did VERY good. perhaps YOU are mistaken then?
Connected with the people? It is impossible to argue with you. I understand if someone says that Palin did better than expectations but for one to say that she beat Biden, it is absurd.

as a politician in washington, used car salesman.

when biden talked about policy...carsalesman.

Biden is a sincere used car salesman.
I'd rather have a Palin in the white house any day.
