Horrible performance

Let we see on my hardware configuration:

AMD 2200+, GeForce 4600Ti, 1024MB memory

i know it's a little outadated but i can freely play on Farcry and Quake 3 with medium details and low resolution.

I'm extremally disapointed with AC2 performance, when i enter into any Vault with resolution 800x600 and very low details i've got average 0.4 (sic) frames per seconds.

It would be better to throw this money to trash than spending it on this game.

Not sure what your problem is but my secondary PC has specs lower than yours and has no problems running the game on low settings.

    PIII 1.0GHz

    512 MB PC133

    Ti4600 MX 64MB

I haven't checked my frame rate in the portals but it's definitely not 0.4 fps because I don't notice much slow down.  The portals are just to load the next area of the game and there are no real graphics per se to look at anyways.  So whats the big deal?

When I've had performance problems in vaults and the like, I find that rebooting clears them up.

If you think EQ sucks, you should try real life.

Vanth shouldn't have a problem with that much memory unless a ton of applications are running in the background. The system itself seems fine. I have a mediocre setup and have to turn many of the graphics settings down or off. (Athlon XP 1700+, Radeon 9800 pro, 1 gig mem). Definitely disable pixel shader and anti-aliasing. You might have to tweak the settings some to see what is right for you. This game taxes even the most high-end systems, especially when you add the hi-res files.

Minimum requirements for this game published by producent are:

    256 MB RAM (I l.o.l.)

    733 Mhz processor ( I l.o.l.)

32 MB graphics card (no comments)

It's nothing more than a LIE. I know that all software companies lower this specyficatons but this one is going much too far. I know that turning computer off and on helps for short time and the most probably couse of problems is that game terrible handles with memory. But it's proof for completely unprofesionall  personel aproach to their work.

This game has a lot of potential and many of very good ideas but in my post I tend to exprees my personal opinon that realization is so terrible that this one is not worthy playing and paying for it.

This varth guy either has something seriously wrong with his computer or else he is doing some trolling.

I had only a few problems running the game (medium detail 1024X768) at 750 mhz, 512 mb sdram, and a ti4600.

If you are telling the truth to us you need to scan your computer for spyware, viruses, and trojans because something is really cutting your system into pieces - and this game shouldn't have that big of a problem on your computer.  Your video card may be dying out to be honest - make sure it isn't overheating or that something is blocking proper ventillation for your computer.
