mouse cursor not appearing (Vista)

We had this problem with City of Heroes and fixed it with some elaborate switches in the target of the game launcher icon.

 

Here is the issue:

USB optical Mouse is working just fine. Intellipoint 6.2 drivers installed.

Windows Vista we can see the mouse just fine.

 

 

When the game starts we can move the mouse around but we cannot see the mouse itself.

 

Any ideas how to solve?

this worked for me i created an account just to try and help!

open logitech setpoint click the little gaming icon (on my version its a chess piece) make sure Game Detection is unchecked. then it apply.

 

mine was checked originally, i turned it off then restarted warhammer and it fixed it.
