when you persuade them to come in your town.. What he will brings to your town??? I mean for example the herbalist is convince to go to your town… and then what will happen?? Does the medicine will become cheaper? Or more items are being sell by the npc??

I'm not sure, I haven't encountered this walking man. I supposed that this man may provide more items for your town.

You get more population in your city, thats good cause more pop = more money incoming for taxes.
And randomly the can sell nice stuff for low price (you must nhave 100% will to do so)
There are also many random npcs in other areas and some of them are the stronger type of mercs (which you want to recruit of course LOL) also, you must pay them with the required gold they are expensive but their services are really satisfying. and you must have a 100% will in order to recruit them to your party
