Anyone on Be'lakor

I'm playing destruction of course 
but i don't know if i should keep playing on it and join another server because even though the server says MED-MED it sure as hell doesn't feel like it. I just hit rank 10 and I am only level 6 renown because i can never get into a scenario and the Open rvr area's have just about no people in them.
So should i keep playing and try and just catch up with everyone or go back to Azazel with my rank 14 chosen waiting in 25 minute que's??
