Mailbox Functionality

Would it be possible for us to have an option to automatically block all in-box messages from all domains outside of mmorpg.com?  It is seriously annoying to see messages in my inbox every day from outside sources full of spam.   Either let us block outside domains or give us an option to have outside domains not register as new messages.
