Ok, at first I wasnt going to try WAR because I'd been reading lots of negative comments on here about how well it runs on older systems..I'm not sure what these people are doing but for anyone thats interested I have a pentium dual core 2.4 (overclocked) 2 gig of ram and a Geforce 7600 256 meg of ram.
My point is that the game runs on high at a perfectly serviceacbe 36 fps both in normal gameplay and the 2 battleground type things i've done.
Next point is that this is the most fun I've had in a new MMO since Everquest, in a totally different way to be sure but just as much fun, I'm not sure if this will continue but for now i'm loveing it. yes the PvE content is a little limited (although PQ's are a stroke of genius IMO) but the point is that its NOT primarily a PvE game.
Anyway, rambling aside, if you can find a way to try the game I strongly suggest you do. Its nothing like any MMO i've played before and thats a good thing,
