Ok so I am not very happy with some of the other games I have tried so I will be in WOW for a while I guess. I have a lvl 70 resto druid with herb/alch both 375 maxed out 1st aid/cooking/fishing. What I am wondering is what should we be doing to be ready for WOTLK? I have noticed that everyone is now a herbalist so is stocking up herbs gonna really be a good idea and what about rep and stuff?

New mobs to kill, new factions to please, new herbs to collect, new potions to make and lots of stuff to do, so as long as you have the ability and the inclination to play i'm guessing that you are ready
It must be Thursday, i never could get the hang of Thursdays.
Sell off your primals and epic gems. It also is a good time to sell off your herbs.. they will be in demand over the next month.
With DK being a plate-wearing class - and the possibly high number of people rolling it, it's only natural to expect a high demand on ores - for powerlevelling Blacksmithing or Engineering.
I've seen people stockpiling these in the past 2 months - also the price of two handed weapons (esspecially lower level ones such as Blade of Misfortune) had seemed to be increasing.
I guess just sit back, go on some raids, and so the same thing over and over again until the new stuff comes out. then master that, and rinse and repeat.
All I can say for now till WotLK goes live is to work on maxing out all the current game factions. You can never know be sure, but they just might be of some use to you later on.
Oh also: Honor will not be reset - thus you can probably farm Honor now.
