reinstalled the game a few days ago and the only setting that are saving are my graphics. My addons, and the colors of my fonts keep resting everytime I restart the game. Why is this?
Also the games runs on max settings perfect, smooth 70fps, but im experiencing akward slowdowns. When ever I make an attack it literly takes 10-20 secs sometimes for the attack to land, same thing when I'm being attacked. Makes questing on playable. Why are all these evil things happening to me ><

This sounds like an out of date addon. Try running the game without any mods to see if the problem persists. If it doesn't, then turn the addons on 1 by 1 and see which one causes the problem.
Ok turned them off one by one, eventually just deleted them all and its still doing it. I have no idea whats going on. Might just reinstall....
I remember hearing somewhere, that if you are using Vista and have installed the game to default directory (c:program files), the game may be unable to edit it's own files because of some Vista limitations. Fix to this is to move the game folder away from c:program files and test then. There's no need to reinstall to try it, you can freely move the game directory anywhere and the game will still work.
But that problem shouldn't cause any slowdowns.
Running on XP. Been playing for over a week now and still I have no idea whats going on. Only issues Im having now is the saving. I just wont bloody save my settings..................
Contact Blizzard support. They are very good and will walk you thru finding a fix. You're going to get mostly guesses here and Blizzard support will probably be guessing too, but at least you can talk with them on the phone and have them walk you thru the problem till you find a solution.
Might we worth turning off all and any security sofware, maybe its blocking files being written to on certain locations of the hardrive... long shot
How did you solve the delay in combat?
I had a problem like that one time too. My problem was i was running it from an external drive, so the settings like UI and addons that default their settings to C: weren't being written because it was in a totally different location. Not sure if that could be a reason or not though but if you're running it the same way it could be a cause. What i did was just move my whole WoW folder into the program files folder and it worked like a charm.

Did you make sure that the Config file is not set to Read only? exemple: C:Program FilesWorld of WarcraftWTF
