While i think it MIGHT be vaporware, i do think its more likely going to go the direction of DnL and Mourning, just my gut feeling.

when they say that threatening is against the rules they mean stuff like "im gonna hurt you foo!" not stuff like "im gonna tickle your belly if you troll!"

 

Just because hes threatening to report somebody for trolling isnt really a good reason to report him and its just a waste of the moderators time.

In my point of view that is.
