a few days ago, i received an invite to be someone's apprentice during a battle. since i was so much into the battle that time, i've mistaken it as a party invitation so i approved it. when i learned it was a mentorship invite, i thought that maybe it was harmless but i read in some other forum that the mentor gains without teaching the apprentice anything.
i want my gains for myself. thank you.

Tell your mentor you want 100,000 gold when you hit level 30. If he doesn't agree, dump him. I'm not sure how but it somewhere in the community window.
Or get someone above level 30 to mentor you that you like.
You may as well let someone mentor you, it doesn't hurt you any.
go to the main menu then look for the mentorship and if you have your mentor you will see his name and here is an option to fire him or delete him as your mentor... but having a mentor is a good thing especially if you are a beginner it helps you to larn the in and outs of the game... just like you are in kindergarten and your adviser always helping you what to do and what's not to do...
