Atlantica Online: Very Addictive

Game Design from monsters to characters upgrades are very good.  A plus for different looks after each Upgrade.  At the  beginning the game was slow but pick up fast when you reach lvl 20 and start to craft your items, from your craft skills.  It become very addictive when you start to craft your item and joining the Free League for PvP.

Skill vs. Luck : Earnings millions in gold in betting on Gladiator Fights in Arena.  Goes with your gut feeling that how i place my bet.

Yes, this game is really good. It impressed me greatly. I thought it would be another grinding mmorpg (although to an extent, it is.... Its quest this, quest that, quest this, quest that, kill this, kill that). Even so, its FUN to quest and kill stuff. The crafting system is fun, as well as the combat system. The traveling is VERY easy unlike some mmorpgs that makes you RUN for 30 minutes to get somewhere. The economy is excellent as well.. and the events and leagues are awesome as well. This game REALLY surprised me for a f2p. It seems really complete and everytime i play it... i feel so connected to the game. I have so much control of what i do and how i do it. Most mmorpgs, the character revolves around the game. In atlantica, i feel as though the game REVOLVES around me.... lot of things i can do

This game is a grindfest, it's just not your typical free MMO grindfest. Sometimes I wonder about these posts of "amazement", whether they are from paid staff or actual people...I understand opinions vary, but to call this complete is a stretch.

I agree with Decadentia on this one: it's not your typical grindfest MMO (yet, there's still time for that though).the graphics are somewhat decent and the game is somewhat original (i think, i for one haven't seen that many MMOTBS). it's addictive only if you actually manage to find friends in-game (wich is somewhat easy to do) but the questing part and the stamina part kinda tend to get in your way if you expect heavy grinding with great results. this is one of those MMOs where you actually have to calculate your moves/battles in order to achieve smth so it's pretty fun to play (for now). the mount system seems kinda wierd in it though...

Maybe it is a grindfest game... BUT  the turn based system helps you ease away a little of your grinding experience.. just do your quest and if you are bored join the free league or market your items.. theres so much to do in atlantica to take away of feeling gring in leveling up.

In a way the game tends to be a grindfest but the crafting features and the turn based style focuses your attention away from the grind.. Each battle is different from the next.. you have to be on your toes not like those other MMORPGS where literally you just hack and slash... if you think about it, thats the formula for success of almost all MMORPGS,, grinding is almost synonymous to MMOs in some sense or the other.. if it were that easy to play the game or level up then it would defeat the whole purpose of MMOs of sustainability of play.. MMOs are not console RPGs, gamers should realize that the only way to get around the grind is offer features such as craftings and turn-based battly system to take focus away from the grind

Yeah sure it is a grindfest at levels 50 up. And so are the other free MMOs out there. Though this game might not be the best, it is the better choice right now compared to other free to play games. And yeah, some people tend to emphasize too much on the game features. I think that they're just too excited LOL.
