Hi pips,
In the world map of Atlantica online, I’ve noticed similar countries and cities like in the real world today…just wanted to know if the environment of that specific area would give you a “feel” that you know that we see it even today? Or some historical landmark Just wondering…

Definetly, like in china they have the open space with trees and stuff and the castles are like the ones you see in china with those roofs...and when you go to the sea place it's a very detailed underwater city and looks really stunning
Wow..how about in hte philippines? have you been there?
so in a way every contry has a portion that says and loooks something like the real world then?..
they actually have this town called manila, but its located somewhere on the indian map.i have to agree, they have this places that really does exist,i appreciate the easy to remember names of the towns and stuff.and if youre having trouble going to places and NPC's,you can always auto move your character on the way to the place of your choice.
I've been to about half of these towns in real life, Mumbai, Bangkok, Manilla etc etc. The towns follow a simple theme that is based on that culture, as well as the people. They could never create a town that actually looked like Hong Kong or Mumai, but alot of scenery like the types of trees and landscape is very accurate for the general area.
It also has some places like the Mekong River in Thailand/Cambodia, the Himalayas etc. etc.
I also love the names of the skill trainers, Shakespeare teaches you how to craft books etc many of the names have a fictional or real life counterpart that specialized in that area of expertise in some way
oh wow..i dint expec that at all
only known places have accurate environments.. but other, haha a farcry from the real world
Yeah, Dallas still looks like it's in the 1850's. Dirt roads, hitching posts. wood walkways...
cool is ther in nigeria in world map of atlantica?
Oh man, I wish this game would run on my PC. It just freezes at the login screen. Anyone had a similar experience?
