Bugged?

Hi,,

just wanted to ask that why are some of the quests really easy to do because the drop of items are high but some are really taking time? This is in Atlantica Online by the way, Like the red meat from the deer is an example. Kept killing but drops were really low…is this on purpose or bugged? Or is it part of the system so that people can practice battling situations more with a lower level quest? What do you think?
