Depends on what you mean by better,

Hybrid economies are better at providing social services to people than market economies, if you consider that an important goal or a possitive thing, but then you could also say a planned economy is better than a hybrid economy to this point.

But I would say market economies are better than other types purely because they create an environment of greater freedom for individuals and reduce the government practice of legalized theft/taxes.

Depends on what you value more, the government giving people things or the government not obstructing personal freedoms.
