Tips on flying monster

Flying monster always gave me an headache in combat.. what are some strategies to get rid of these monster easily??

My lineup is archer, 3 swordy, 1 viking, 1 gunner, shaman and a monk...

I just spam flamesword for my swordy but some turn doesnt allow the use of skill so this is the start of my problem...
