Mods - grow some balls!

Seems to me a number of members here just troll and are left to do so, from my understanding this is because mmorpgs adds pay per user or some such. SO many of the sections are basically left to fester and remind me of cessspits quite a lot.
Mods need to grow some and start perma banning people. Yes i know in these days of quick ip changes its a bit harder to ban someone but keep doing it and eventually they'll move on to somwhere else. sure that new place has to suffer but if theyve got the nads to ban them too then whats the problem.
mmorpg.com servers as a GREAT platform to cme and find out about mmos and such like, but the forums are terrible because of people who i could name (but wont) who have 10 or so alts and just spam crap in certain games discussions for no real reason other than, they seemingly dont like it.
so mods/owners...grow some balls and take the action that is needed. i dont care if i get banned for this post, it needs to be said
