Change of Character

Just wondering if every Atlantica Online player can change its character, or is it permanent? Anyone have tried changing its character? If you do, please tell me how to do it? And if its is possible, did you retain your mercenaries, skills, levels etc?

it is possible to reset your main character to a different class (all it does is set all your spells to 0, level and mercs stay the same) you can do this by contacting the oracle in rome (bazaar?) the item you need to reset can be crafted but i forget what level and what craft

Wasn't it at the start of the game, we were given the chance to create 3 characters? Is that the same as going to the Oracle? I mean, is a single gamer given the opportunity to have 3 different characters or can there be more?

you can create 3 different characters but they dont share the same level, one can be level 50 and another can be 15. but with the oracle it doesnt reset your level but it changes your class

you cannot change your character however you can change your class by changing your weapon... i checked the website before and if i remeber correctly there is s specific item you can use to unlearn everything and reset your skill points character.. but if i think the bonus points you get from using growth vials will stay.. so in the end you can reset your character but you cannot change your character

I remember seeing the npc who changes the character class in Rome. It needed a certain item before you can change classes, which I suspect is an item shop item. Right beside this NPC is an npc that can change your look or even gender. I think you lose all your crafting skills when you change character classes.

So it is really possible for someone to change his/her choice of character. Lately, I am having doubts on did I choose it right? or did I just mis hired my mercenaries?

It seems like you made a terrible mistake if you want to change characters. I mean you should have realized whether you made the right choice or not at mid level. And besides, whatever that changed your mind are probably just guides. Stick to your choice and work a way for it to win. I'm never gonna change my Staff for something else.

There is a npc that can reset you character's class.. you can change it from sword to archer etc... but what i do not know is if the bonus stat will be reset and how about the skill points... ad i still not sure if the appearance is included in the reset...

There is a way and you need to talk to oracle in Rome as the post above said. Now for the requirement, you have to have the vial of amnesia which i don't know if the same with the secret vial of memory loss in the quest craft list. What happens on this one though is that you get to keep your level and your mercs but skills get reset back to zero.

And yes, there is at the start of the game where you get to be asked if you want o change your weapon of choice but that is different.
