Battle Strategy Anyone?

I have a new addiction ingame that i want to ask in this forum as well.

I was able to find a few tricks on the controls of the battle system.

What i am interested thought is the strategies that you guys have.

I mean, battle line up, spells that you guys use, If you use the merc room during battle?

I would like to take the opportunity as well to ask on what you guys do to increase your crafting fast? I am a level 15 bow crafter and i use Autocraft. Now is their a faster way? And does guild crafting give you crafting points(coz i think not)?
