Guys i need your help.

I am aiming on getting a prophet for a merc simply because it is what i need for my battle strategy so far.

My inquiry is at what level does this become available? And what are the things that i need to keep in mind for me to be able to finish the questline fast?

All i know so far is that you can get the quest from Prophet Hecuba near Baghdad.
