Combo points

I was reading about the rogue class skills and I noticed that some skills need combo points to do extra damage. Does anyone know more about this? How is it going to work? For exampel: Do you have to do a sequence of combo point giving attacks and then the finishing attack that is dependent on the number of combo points or can you "save" combo points from earlier engagements?

This is what I gathered from reading.  Certian moves award combo points.  It doesnt matter which order you use them in.  I think the max combo points you can have on an enemy is 5, indicated by bubbles above the enemy you are fighting.  Finishing moves do certain amounts of damage based on how many combo points you have on your enemy.  The more combo points, the more damage/effect caused by the finishing move.  I am pretty sure you cannot "save" combo points from an earlier enemy.

Slazer pretty much said it all.

There is a talent for the rouge however that will add an aditional combo slot, allowing a total of 6 to be used for devastating damage.
