Customer sues Richard Garriott's Space Tourism company

Basically, Space Adventures sold the seat on the Soyuz to Enomoto, then sold it again to Anousheh Ansari.  They claim kidney stones was the reason to scratch him from the ride, but they knew about his condition from the beginning.   The actual court filing is linked at Wired.
