Quest or to buy???

I didn't know that those high class mercenaries like the witch, beast rainer, exorcist and etc. are being sold at the market..  i ony knew it today.. so i was thinking which will be beneficiary to me???

I mean what is good to me, to do the exo quest which you spent almost 6 hrs on doing the quest or spare out almost 3m to buy the exo???

My only concern is that if i buy the exo  and not do the quest, are there any quest item that is very important in the game that i might miss??
