But I DO have cookies enabled...

Ok, one time while I was logged into this site, I deleted all of my cookies. I got a full page about how my cookies were disabled, I just passed through it, and click the link at the bottom of the page that it says to click once I have cookies enabled.
Now everytime I come to this site and it auto-logs me in, I get that same message, about how my cookies are disabled. Now I know my cookies are enabled, as they work for every other site, and the box is checked.
Yet I still get this message everytime I come to this site and am auto-logged in(which doesn't work alot lately anyway, though).
Any ideas on what I should do?
