I think that swordsmen main characters are horribly underrated in pvp. They are the toughest of them all, and combined with protect from monks, are very hard to kill for archers. You can start them in the front, and switch them out for other characters when in danger. His toughness is an advantage for one of the most important aspects of pvp - keeping the main character alive. How many of you have tried swordsmen main in pvp?

I agree, sword users are very tough. But why is it that if i observe fights in Free league, there a lot of sword users that loose? Is this because of the tactics they utilize?
I noticed that they don't move there main char from the front line. Some keep it in the back. The post above me has a good point though.
My friend also uses that tactic and gives a good chance of prolonging the battle with a possible win.
Plus the flame sword at a gih level for main users becomes an somwhat AoE in nature. He has a Swordsman (main) then an exorcist abehind it which he exchanges position with.
But i really don't know what is really the reason for such since i'm not a sword user ingame.
But i have plans of creating a new toon which is a swords man which is why this is pretty important to me.
These balance problems didn't exist in CB1/2 PvP, until they decided to add these insane buffs to PvP. If you have a Swordman main, a monk with Protect and another with Shield of Protection. Your opponent might as well leave, considering archers can't take out staff users like they did before. :x Since all healing passive buffs heal twice a turn, under these PvP changes it's almost impossible to kill when Protect heals more than you can damage.
