guild dungeon quest?

ive recently had the opportunity to go to guild dungeon with my guild.. we were able to clear the first stage and the game gave our guild some jar.. i wonder whats the guild dungeon concept all about? all i know is thgat you can only do it with your guildmates and that you have to clear bosses and mobs in particular levels before you can proceed to the next levels... also i would like to know what is the use of the jar that is being given as a prize everytime you clear a dungeon?

 

plus it is also worth noting that the drops in guild dungeon are very good.. lvl 50s give asuras and dark knights and other expensive loots like there was no tomorrow
