I had problemswith mine internet connection, so i was cut down from world for 2 weaks. But i got mine new modem today, and here i am, logging into WAR again!! I missed that WAAAAAAGHH!
And what i see.... servers from full/high dropped to med/low!!!
Where everybody?! 
. Dont tell me all 1 monthers newer resubbed! . I dont whant this game to die like this, i love it! i whant to play it!
Thought with region chat it became alot easyer, i made a 10 people group for PQ in less then 5 mins.
Games is getting better, dont just walk from it like this .

Sorry man, not everone can play games 24/7. Just log in a different time and im sure population will be higher.
Most left cause no one plays actual RvR they just grind Scenarios all day and forget rest of game just like all other mmos on market instanced arena battles runied it again when will they learn WoW is wrong dont input its ideas

1- People outleveled you
2- Server capacity was increase
3- The free month of people who bought the game in the first 3 days of launch expired

Hes talking about scenarios and how they are like wows BGs.. a very bad idea and i agree.. they need to do away with scenarios and put more empasis on world pvp.
Scenarios are just suckinged need players to defend a keep or take a keep... its a constant teeter toter... order gets it.... destruction gets it... either time the other side was greatly outnumbered, possibly due to the rest of them where in scenarios... so ya... axe em.

its a shame but there has been a drop off i ve actually started anew on one of the few medium to full servers left in europe . . i m having a lot of fun there . on my old server which i used to sometimes have to que . i found i d now have to wait ages for a scenario to come along and getting groups for public quests was hard .
i think theres two things that need to be done now . firstly reduce the number of servers by merging them if they are very low populations . the second and most important is that this game really needs a free trial so new players can see the full potential of the game and that wont happen if theres not enough people playing .
warhammer given its emphasis on pvp is different to most other mmos in that it needs a strong user base to work so the old arguements against free trials for six months or so are redundant in this case .

As was said earlier, server capactiy increase, but aslo since the game has been out for 30+ days people are naturally settling in to normal play routines. Me, personally I play casual, but when it first came out was playing 8 hours or more a day on the weekends. Also, most are usually med/med or better during prime time hours. Game pop is doing fine.
could RVR lakes be empty because...wait for it...... noone like them?
"hard core pvpers" are just posers and talk all badass on forums but they are just as chicken chit as the rest of us carebears.
I am going to have to disagree that servers are showing lighter populations across the board as a result of Mythic upping the server population caps. Just to begin with why would they want their new game to display population issues on most of their servers? On top of that they have already spoke about taking steps to address population issues with free transfers and not to mention a slew of other core mechanic changes coming.
I'm going to go with the free month is over and it is taking its toll.
6:30 is dinner time dood, IF people are off work, on literally THE most uneventful day of the week. (that would be tuesday)
Let me ask you this, are you in an active guild? Most of the complaints I see from folks are the ones treating it as if its a solo game. A good active guild does keep raids regularly, as well as PQs and scenarios together.
You can solo through this game I suppose, but you wont enjoy it quite as much.
(even though WoW trashed the concept of MMO and made it possible to play a single player mmorpg, WAR really shines when you are in a good guild)
The T4 keep raids are getting boring and 99 percent of the time there is no one defending. The mobs are to easy to defeat. They are going to start offering free character moves, this in itself should tell you there is a server population issue. If you get in a scenario it may only last 2 min because it is not balance. Before anyone else buys this game I would wait until they correct the class balance. I can tell you there will be a fix. I am sure they will leave the bright wizards the way they are but will probably raise the dps of the other classes.
Id have to agree with this overall. Though id like to point out I hate Bright Wizards and most of the people that play them arent interested in playing for the team, they just want to see their oh so important pwnzor DPS.
Open RvR is dead because of scenarios.... So hardcore PvP'ers are leaving...
Mystic under estimated the importance of good PvE and tools for social gaming (IE: Guild Halls, Player cities, Deep crafting system, player ran economy, etc..etc..) So PvE players are leaving in mass...
When all is said and done, WAR will have a steady player base of around 250k players.... I don't see it ever being anything other then a "OK" MMO...
Agree. I always knew that PvE in WaR wasnt going to be so important. The game wasnt meant to be a PvE-orienetd game. But since PvE is included, many of us bought the game and tried. We had done the grind in WoW BGs before. But the people that like scenarios, those are the ones Mythic would like to keep and try to find a way to encourage people to play RvR in open world. And that's going to be HARD.

emmm, when i was playing last time, before mine modem fried, i was in giuld that allways had atleast 20++ active people online, and we were lvling together and messing around... Now i logged in, theres like 1-3 people online.
i actually dont judge by players i meet, becouse i know, alot o poeple are in higher tiers, but when you go choose a server, and see all servers go down rom full/high to med/low. that whats making me scary.
And i do love the game, but i dont whant to see its fate as "anather mmorpg, that we dont like". Becouse it looks like all free monthers just gone... and 80% of population, just went off.
Thought i cant complain about PQs anymore, yesterday i made a 10 poeple party for a PQ in less then 5 mins, by just shouting in /1 : " Open party For CH8 PQs! join lads!" it worked.
i wouldn't worry, even though the servers do show med,med or high/high for ones the used to be full/full, Personally i have not seen any drop what so ever in the ammount of players i see ingame on my server. I think even though there is no proof or announcements by the devs but i do believe that they raised the server caps which will explain the lower pops according to the server screen. Again i have not seen evidence of a pop drop on my server atleast though we still do hit high/high at prime playing times on fridays and into the weekend.

I will concur with the OP, for the most part of the evening, during US prime time most servers show medium now. I just figured they raised the caps.

WAR is boring, this game sux, every peeps has returned to their original games cause it better (AOC, WoW, EQ2 etc)

I have not been playing for two days - last hotfixes ruined my game and I crash every 10 minutes or so. I will try to reinstall the game and drivers to check if it is working.
But overall on my server (ABP) the population is ok between about 6pm-midnight. Usually it is high/high. Or med/high.
Too many ppl grinding scenarios is a well known fact, but MJ stated few times they are aboutto boost open rvr soon so I do not worry.
Heh, sometimes I kill the same guy like 5-10 times in the row in open rvr. I guess this is how they end up...
