WHY OH WHY is EA in charge of the support?
i've been getting shmucked around for a week+ now by ea support over the issue of my gamecard that i bought time not being applied to my game account.
MY ACCOUNT IS NOW GOING TO EXPIRE AND ITS BEEN 4 COUNT IT 4 DAYS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THE EA SUPPORT REP.
THIS IS HOGWASH!

Have you ever tried calling them on the phone? If they're not emailing you back then .. omg there is a phone its a lot harder for them to dodge you on the phone.

Yeah, "it's a lot harder for them to dodge you on the phone" doesn't really hold up when EA's entire phone support system is based on a recording, especially one where practically all routes lead to "we're sorry but we can't help you with that, please contact support through the email provided on the website."
I guess it is cheaper if EA have 1 support center for all their games.
It does give us worse support however, I hope the issue get's solved fast for you...
EA and Mythic are one and the same. I called Rob Deton of Mythic the CTO and his stupid admin Amy sent me right back to the techs that couldn't fix the problem since downloading it....so read up on your company's they are one and the same ERTS is the NASDAQ symbol btw.
Mythic and EA both have some serious issues, I can't stand it and to be honest I don't think I'll ever stand the problems that this game has because there are so many problems and issues that I've really had with this game, it's one of the worst games I've ever played and I've learned never to get overhyped about a game
Then you could buy a long distance card to go with your game card. If that card doesn't work, call Chuck Norris.
If you wrote your support ticket anything like this post, I would not respond either.
