PAX 2008, Aion Demo =]

i've been debating on posting a thread about this in some Aion forum but i realized i didnt have the time,

but as i see more people doubt this game in so many ways, it makes me sad, because honestly this game was my last mmo hope, (well atlantica came out and thats been holding me pretty well but,) anyways, it's KINDA my last hope lol.

I attended PAX 2008 with my family, and if any of you knew, NC soft was there showing there most popular games. Aion had a setup where you could play (if i remember correctly they were all pre-set lvl 12) characters, but also on saturday and sunday they had a two hour demo in the pc lounge where you could play Aion by making your own character =]

i was first in line i was so stoked =], i got to go through the AMAZING character creation (it looks alot different then the Korean char creation) with a character creation as good as Oblivion i was already into it =], i chose to make an Asmodian Mage character cause, well i like evil characters haha.

The entire time i was partyed with 3 other people, yet we kinda just did our own things.

But anyways, the graphics were AMAZING, im talking like no flaws, everything looked so smooth and the landscaping and everything was just, yeah i was stunned. if you want the full extent of this game, your gonna want a cgood computer. at first you just kinda do a couple quests and all that jazz, collect some apples from monster camps you know basic stuff. the gathering system is just like wow, (click and bar appears then gives you the item when full) and the loot system is also like wow (clicking pops open all their items)

i ended up getting to level seven in the demo and i was playing for 2 hours straight, which is pretty decent, the last 15 minutes i just pvped with friends and i owned haha, go "Freeze spell" (i forgot the actual name lol)

im not gonna like you guys this game is so worth the wait, i've played every mmorpg you could think of out there, private servers on P2P though, i hate P2P but to be honest, if this game is P2P, im definately going to have to pay, it has all the great things i love about mmorpgs all packed into one, and as you get higher lvl the game gets better and better.

theres so much more i could say but i can barely remember all of it haha. (end of august, its been two months)

and i'd rather people just ask questions instead of me trying to pack it all in now,

i can answer alot of q's, well from what i played at their stand and at their demo.

=]], i just really want this game to get a good name, people need to definately try it, for me this IS the best mmo, and i've only played a 2 hour demo =]
