Ok, i know lot of ppol are anticipating this game to be an mmo, i for one is one of them, one great thing they gona have is that they gona implement story base per character..meaning every decision you make affect all those character attitude toward u, and also affect what character you gona meet.
so those big mmo, what key feature should kotor should have? il start my opinion.. :P
WOW
1. endless world..wow did an amazing thing to their world where in u can run from end to end map without even entering a instance map..except dungeon. .I wonder how many planet they gonna have :P
2.combat system, i like how wow execute their combat system..you feel satisfied when u kill something. example warrior= charge..hamstring...mortal strike...then u end it with execute..like tetris
3. crafting..i believe this is a good thing..mini game is very important to an mmo
4. economy...wow did a very good job at this..and also other mmo..auctioneer is important
5. lastly Boss raid...
warhammer
1. public quest is really a nice touch
2. tome of knowledge
3. rvr system..they can make like control of the planet
4. keep siege and scenarios
5. guild system
6. and of course how they implement class.. they have different class name but mirror..almost mirror..skill
unlike wow where in u can have exactly the same class on different faction.
7. they should improve face/body customization
thats about it.
with bioware hero system+graphic+storytelling+great IP
i think this could compete with the giant MMO wow, warhammer and lotr i think
i hope graphics..they wont do the same as aoc where in a high end pc is needed..
Comments
First feature they need is a tutorial for people to get the name right.

City-building
dedicated crafting skills
player vendors
more meaningful PvP
skill system instead of class system
