PvE in WAR

From what I've been reading, it seems that WAR is mainly focused on PvP, RvR, etc. Is there enough PvE to keep people who don't like to PvP entertained or you really shouldn't get this game if you are a hardcore PvE gamer? The main reason I played WoW is because of the endgame PvE. I like joining up with people to go and conquer hard battles that take strategy, timing, and practice (of course until 3.0 where within 2 days like 200 guilds blasted through sunwell cuz of the nerf). Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

PVE in WAR not a reason to play the game as much as a reason to quit the game
but it seems to have become end game
