Could you become a Jedi Cook or Jedi entertainer ETC?

Ive been researching numerouse MMORPGs since i will be getting a new computer on the 19th. And i will finnaly be able to run a game like this. Ive decided that despite all the grinding, jedi etc complaints *All MMORpgs ive read about have comkplaints like that* i plan on getting Starwars Galaxy.

I plan on becoming one of the non fighting or minimal fighting classes and was wondering is it possible to lock the force sensitive things as such classes?

I believe you can do the jedi quests without combat, but I'm not sure. You may need to do some combat in order to unlock, but you can have force sensativity and be a non-combat caracter
