Game content shrinks as you level

Even if you are one of those that play scenarios 99% of the time, it's really annoying that you can not access all of them. Why too go all the way to rank 40 if you can not access scenarios from Tier 1,2 and 3? I am not saying let the high level toons gank the lower ones, but I don't think that locking game content is a good idea on a MMO.

Then we have the almost non-existant open RvR . I know already, if you are in Tier 4 , you can't step on a lower Tier RvR area without been turned into a chicken.

So pretty much this game was designed to shrink the world.  Tier 4 will become its own scenario.

Now I have a question: is it worth it to roll on a RVR server?

PvE content does not shrink unless on an Open RvR server. Plus Tier 4 is much larger then the previous tiers and there are far more scenarios then the other tiers.

Also there is really no point for a higher level to go into a lower level rvr lake.

All of the servers are RvR servers. Do you mean Core-RvR, Open-RvR, or Roleplay-Core, Roleplay-Open? If you choose an Open-RvR server then your game content will shrink for PvE as you reach higher tiers.

I can tell ya one reason they lock out the lower scenarios as you level... and that would be ....because they dont want everyne playing nordenwatch through the whole game lol....they would like you to be able to do more then one single scenario ... that would be the players limiting the content, and fromt he looks of things it would happen to hehehe.

 

as far as open rvr goes, if its dead you need to swap servers... my guild was on Tor Elyr from start and it was all good at first then the server died... yes mythic made a screw up and put out to many servers so some are dead/dieing....we swapped to ostermark and i havent had an issue yet with open pvp or scenarios or getting PQs done...but yet there are not so many people there that when i try to do my quests we are fighting over mobs.

Not flaming anyone here but honestly anyone who is complaining about the game being dead/dieing needs to get out of thier hole the fell into on whatever server and go check out another.

Content is biggest at tier 4. It has several more zones per pairing than the lower tiers, which only have 2 per pairing each, while each tier 4 pairing has 7 zones (apart from Chaos vs Empire, which has 9 due to the capital cities).

I like the tier 1 scenarios too, though, and wouldn't mind having tier 4 versions of them available now and then.
