I am very new to Eve. I apologize in advance if this is not the right place to post this thread.
I can see right off that I do not want to spend an entire career in Eve just running NPC missions and beefing up my ships. That has been a blast thus far but, as new as I am, I can see the potential for something far more intriguing. Wow, ya’ think I’m the first guy to envision this?
Anyway, I have been doing (trying to do) a little research on Eve corporations. I definitely see the possibility for immense fun and creativity. A place to release the “virtual CEO” within myself. This sounds like a lifetime of fun and a great way to meet my future best partners, even if they are to be virtual partners. I have been scheming all sorts of great ISK making business plans but I am limited by my ignorance of the depth of Eve. I suspect that the possibilities are without limit, but I am not yet sure.
I am hoping to find a few like-minded individuals, one or two for starters, who are interested in exploring a few different corporation ideas. Like I have already stated, I am very new to Eve but that does not disqualify me from being serious about starting and building a successful corporation. I’m sure there are some new Eve people who have had success at this.
If you are interested in forming a corporation but, like me, you don’t have the slightest clue of where to start then drop me an email and let’s discuss, 1st and most importantly, whether or not we even think we will like each other and, 2nd, what we need to do to roll our sleeves up and jump in swinging.
Please no pirate minded individuals. I do believe in defense and defense will be a large faction of our plans but I want to build something great and that means making more friends than enemies. I do not want to waste valuable time, or minds, with war strategies. I want to make connections not break them.
Diplomacy. Power. Democracy. Wealth.
I have one of those “disposable” email addresses that I am going to use for this just in case some of the whackos decide to spam the crap out of me. This is a legitimate email address.
That address is spouzeedoo@farifluset.mailexpire.com
I do have a regular “non virtual” profession in real life that my Wife (my “real” CEO) insists is more important than sitting in front of this computer for hours on end. Go figure.
One final note: I may cut, paste and post this “query”, for lack of a better term, to at least one other forum so, if you folks see it posted elsewhere, it’s not because I am spamming or being redundant. It’s because I want saturation.
Thanks, HautMonde
