How does this work guys? I mean is it only done from a guild leader to another? and what are the ruls that govern this. I wanted to know since i am a member of a guild that is under a nation that will be going to war pretty soon. Thanks.

I want to know about this too... it was recently implemented with the last big patch as well. I believe that only the GM can initiate this. I think there was an incident on the fishing island though, that allowed PK when it wasn't supposed to be happening.

Yes, the hainan island. The problem now is that i don't know the grounds of PKing another player. So this is done by the guild leader onto anyone or the nation they are at war to. If so, why did i see on several days a nation POKing other players and i was not yet thursday. please help out. thanks
