Help me find a game

Sup, I'm josh and i've been playing wow since release, i dropped off along the way 6 or 7 times to play other games that kind of pailed in comparison.. this is what im looking for..

 

***A game with a pvp Option,

not necesarily "BGs" but if i want to pvp, i can go pvp and always have at least a 50/50 chance of winning, i like the challange of finding people in the open but when searching is 90% of the gameplay that's a no

***Gear

I dont want to have to craft gear, that's not appealing, spending time getting gear is ok yea, but i dont want to have to kill 8,000 of X for a 1% drop rate item Y so i can have 1/8th of the mats for Equip Z i dont mind grinding for gold but not an emense grind

I want leveling to be fun, and fast killing with limited down time even if it takes 5+ hours per level if it's fast paced, i dont care..

 

IF ANYONE HAS PLAYED ROHAN PAST LEVEL 25, TELL ME IF IT'S FUN AND WORTH CONTINUING..

till then ill play fable 2.. dont spend money on it, im just beating it cuz i wasted teh cash..

 

 

that's all.. list any and all options, if wow is the only one you can think of just say so.. i have a few 70's just wanna know before i buy wotlk..

I dont think the game exists that your looking for.

I mean well, you could try WAR.

In many ways its like WoW and in a million other ways its not.
War has collision detection meaning you cant just run thru people in pvp.

Gear isnt terribly hard to get.

You can lvl via pvp although I dont reccomend this as its too easy to get burnt out.

Lvl cap is 40. Gold isnt hard to get. Its easy to get a mount.

There are alot of interesting classes.
Tanks can really tank pvp --and it helps
