Only solution is to write a script that search through all possible exploiting combinations, and then ban unrealistic PvP XP gains over time. From what I have read there are probably 20% of all AoC players who more or less exploited this.. if so, then do you think FC will ban 20% of their already low customer base?

I also experienced being ignored when i pointed out a few bugs in the game while beta testing, so he has a point.

They banned people that were not exploiting. There was a guy using terrain to pvp me and I just saw that as smart, not an exploit. I didnt mind - tactics should matter. I eventually got to him and boy was that a satisfying kill.

I already covered your argument (DOOOOM) in the first line of my post. This was Funcoms fault, not the player bases.
They already stated the course of action, believe it or don’t, just don’t make crap up out of your ass like you are a member of the cube farm at Funcom.

Well apparently there are a lot of AOC players that don't agree with you, Avery and Orion/Pezz/Ilovefuncom. There is a big uproar still on the official forums about players not getting punished for exploiting.
Early on, Funcom did the reverse. They banned a lot of players for doing what the players felt was 'good tactics'.... using terrain for an advantage. Now they aren't banning players for clearly exploiting a bug.

The problem with blaming FC however is that you are implying they are not allowed to make mistakes?I would not expect a perfect no fail rate from anyone in life it just is not fair.The fact is that they admitted it and are fixing it,that is the proper thing to do and they should be respected.The players who took advantage of the exploit are not doing so by mistake,they are doing it to cheat the game,it's design and other players.
If you want to blame FC for a mistake it's your right,but the players are 100% the ones to blame.
