When you've got a ten trillion dollar debt that was double what it was before a twit who always had his rich daddy bail out his failures installed in the White House to spend like a drunken poet on payday, eventually you have to pay up.  While personal income taxes for those below 200k or so a year won't go up, there will be a lot of taxes going up somewhat to pay for the Republican warmonger partygoers of the last eight years.

That's like saying everyone who P2P that makes less that 200k a year pays $14.99 a month, but people who make more than that have to pay $24.99 a month. It's not fair at all and will never happen. If it does, you will see lawsuits coming from everywhere. A billionaire plays the same amount of taxes as you do. So now we want to have them pay more cuz they have more. PLEEEESE!!!!!.......

On what basis do you make this utterly absurd statement?

Progressive taxation (you make more, you pay more as a percentage of your income) has been how income taxes have always worked in this country, ever since they were adopted in the early years of the last century.

It's absolutely fair.  Adam Smith says it's the way to go.

  As the Goverment works on ways to tax sales on the net as well as bandwith use , I would not be suprised that they apply a tax on MMO Subs.

Funny how republicans screw up this country over the last 8 years and then try to act like nothing bad happened. Even if the Democrats had the House for the last 2 years and did nothing it doesn't compare to the previous SIX YEARS of republican bumbling. I know it sucks when you back an inept team, but at least be an man/woman, stand up and admit the bungling by your side and try to help move forward. I mean, we tried the Republican way for 8 years and look where it got us. Time to try something different. What we have now can't be any worse than what we just went through. At least this guy is smart and surrounds himself with smart folks instead of the "yee-ha!, shoot'em up" crowd.

And I'm from Texas (why, oh why does he have to come back here to Crawford) and if I must pick a political label it'd be Independent.
