Has any of you gone to the NPC Myne near Calcutta? Well, if you're short in cash and just want to know more about the game, go see that quiz-loving rabbit and he'll give you a nice 5000 gold for every correct answer to his question. The answers to his questions are all found in Game Info -> Help window. Min. level for his quiz quest is level 30.

Yes. After all the question and answer regarding the game, he will then ask you to observe a free league and after which he asks you to join. (Haha, major spoiler)
In any case he is placed there for players to know about the free league and for them to experience it first hand since it is a quest. ^^

I haven't actually finished answering his questions so... Awe! you spoiled it!
Does that mean that the game 'encourages' you to join the free league when you reach level 30? I mean, I know that you can join the free league when you reach level 20 (right?) but since this quest is unlocked when you reach level 30, it must mean something... Or, am I just thinking too much again...?
