Trouble with my Avatar

Aight so, I'm having a bit of trouble trying to add an image on my avatar here on MMOrpg.com.  It seems like it would be simple but I guess I'm retarded?!?!? Am I? (I know you guys are dying to awnser that).....can anyone tell my an easy way to do this?

    your image can't have ALOT going on and you might have to re-save it in different format or edit it somehow to get the size down. My biggest problem was the file size when i was trying to get mine uploaded. I finally got it straight in Photoshop and was able to get the file size down to 4kb so i was glad, but it took some playing. let me know in a PM if i can help ya though.
