Heh, I've always been amused by people's willingness to twist bible passages to suit whatever they want it to say, but that is one hell of a stretch.
No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee. Hemingway
I took a look at these passages in Hebrew and Aramaic and the way they depict the content on that site are ... funny In english the bible usually makes fairly good sense. Emotional states and various percieved stances on things cant really be understood in some cases unless your reading it in the language passages are written. Especially the Psalms which are sonodic in nature.
In anycase I'll leave it to people who care to look up the meanings in the original languages. It gives a truly beautiful sense of how emotional the people were who wrote the passages. Many of them almost bring you to tears.
As for sex in the bible, yeah... there are very graphic depictions of sex in the bible. Including some very VERY racey ones which probably got the Monks and scribes of old hot and bothered. Especially the one where the bible says oh how inviting your lips are, then in next passage it mentions her lips again and it really leaves no room for interperetation as to WHICH lips they were talking about hehe.

True internet gold.
That's why I love religion. You can twist it to say anything you want it too.
This is why I pay for the internet.
Otherwise whats the point!
Godbless christsex!
Meh, who gives a crap what the bible says or doesn't say.
I'm far more likely to believe some random version of the Necronomicon is the truth: at least we actually know who wrote it.
