Arrows!

Is there a free game that has pretty good graphics and has good archers without having to will your life away to even get 1/8 of the way to the level cap? lol

The games I've mostly played are 1)Archlord (pretty good game, too much grind and too long b4 pvp- otherwise really good graphics decent characters and stuff. Too much dependence on potions you just lose money over time.) 2)Guild Wars (good but it seems like not a lot of content. Maybe I just have no idea what I'm talking about) 3) Last Chaos- this is the one I've played by far the most and my first mmorpg. This would be like the world's greatest game if it didn't have the world's most insane lag. Mobs and chars are cool. (not much customization of chars though... that could be better)

Anyhow.... yeah the first question is really what I'm after, the second paragraph is just some thoughts and background.

You should have been around when Asheron's call2 existed, nothing beats the sound of the arrow flying from your bow~

The speed of the mole and the power of steel is my weapon

I suggest Perfect World International. Levels 1-30 there's a lot of quest grind to gain good experience, 30-60 the quests stop giving you a lot of experience, 60-80 is basically a mob grind. You didn't mention what type of gamer you were so If you play around five hours a day you can get a level every two days after level 40. If you're casual I don't suggest this game as it will take you a long time to max out. This game also offers many other things besides just leveling.

You might want to try the f2p Realm vs. Realm pvp game Regnum Online.  There is an archer class with two sublcasses Hunter and Marksman.

Hunter is the commando class with skills like invisibility and tracking enemies (they can also tame pets).  These archers are made for ambushes and small party skirmishes.  Marksmen are the ranged damage dealers in RO; in big groups and fort wars, they have a variety of offensive arrow skills that pack a wallop and can destroy opponents.

I play a hunter in the ninja style (no pet), which allows me to develop the "Tricks" skill tree.  These are mostly debuffs that allow you to do devious things to your enemies . (Both hunters and marx can use Tricks).

Since RO is a RvR game (with 3 factions), every class has its role in the ongoing fights.  If you enjoy playing an archer, you might want to check it out and see if it suits your play style.

(You do have to be about lvl 30 to be effective in the "war zone" where pvp takes place.  But levels 1-30 are done mostly through quests.  Grind starts 30+, but since its f2p you can buy xp boosts if you want.  Level cap is 50).
