Stress Test Tomorrow

Few minutes ago Tyren (new Mod at the Bnet forums I hear) announced that the Stress Test will start tomorrow, Sept. 2, at Noon Pacific.

    either two of my friends are playing a trick on me, or they found some way to get into this stress test early... one of them is sending me screenshots trying to prove he isn't lying. does anyone else know anything about this, or am i just a wee bit too gullible?

    edit: jerks... i found out they were lying due to a half-edited screenshot they sent me... they forgot to erase a mostly transparent logo in an obscure corner. grrr.

    Yes finally.... BTW Im going to by playing on the alliance side so if anyone wants to be playing with me (im going to be hardcore gaming) send me a private message to my mail! I have vent it will make the lvling go a lot faster image

    WOOT at least I get to play for 2 days till the hurricane smacks into south florida and wipes out my power lol....

    Good thing too cuz I dont have work thrus/fri cuz of the hurricane as well (schools are closed) image

    The lag is probably going to be the worse you'll ever see in a MMORPG. Unless Blizzard made some miracle programing that will avoid it. Hope I can get a little enjoyment out of it. We have to see....

    I can't wait!  It's going to be a laggy mess, but I played UO for four years so I can handle it.  Stupid question:  did they post account creation instructions somewhere or are they sending an email tomorrow?

    noon pacific = 3pm eastern correct? if so excelent thats when i get home from shcool and i have a 4 day weekend......excellent.......the lag will make me go nutz BUT i played UO for 3 years and EQ for 2 years.....on a 30k yes 30k sometimes 28k connection!!!! i am the lag god!!! ^_^

    good find by poster, and gongratz to thos eof us who have wiated so long but did not ge tinto real beta.....this 1 week is our first sample of crack until the dealer throws us some more come end of the year lol

    ahhh yes the 4day weekend i 4got bout that...i 4got it was gonna b thursday tomorow as well...man life goes bye so fast, seems like jsut yesterday i was in math in 8thgrade with my friend and we were joking around as usuallimage

    Well, although my friends might be playing sooner than me.... (check earlier post), all I know is that I'm not sleeping friday. At all. Period.

    I MIGHT go to sleep about... 3:00 pm on saturday. earliest.

    Nah, I take it back... I've got a whole supply of Bawls to last me until saturday night. A guy needs some sleep over the weekend so he's not dead on monday...

    I predict 90%+ of those that signed up will give up after an hour, and immediately run to their forum of choice and have a fit about how the game sucks, and is totally laggy, and how Blizzard was out to rip them off for the $xx they paid for Fileplanet. Which, while missing the intended purpose of the stress test, will be just dandy by me.

     Yep. What people don't realize is WHY Blizzard is doing this. They aren't cramming everyone onto a server so players can create a character and have fun. They are cramming them just to test the server stabilities, that is all.

     Well, see you all on the server tomorrow. (All 5 of you)

    When I first got beta I got to lvl25 in 2 days, but my guy really sucked because I had no clue what the heck I was doing.

    Meh... the less idiots that run around the better in my opinion. If the game runs without lag, that'll be amazing. Only problem is I'm going to have homework to do and I won't want to do it at all...
