Hey guys,
I have a level 65 druid on the Solusek Ro server and was wondering if this game is still popular and fun. I use to play this game and absolutely love it but had multiple failed attempts at rejoining the game due to lack of players and ability to find groups. So I was just trying to see the current status of this game and am open to any opinions, advice, or insight.
Thanks,
Xiacb 65 Druid Solusek Ro

Beauty, they say, is in the eye of the beholder.
Some people, like myself, still keep accounts for two reason:
Others, on the other hand, primarily are raiders.
I cannot look you in the eyes, with a straight face, and say the game is doing well. I would be dishonest if I were to do that. I want to say, more than anything, the game is great and doing well. The Living Legacy event was just, as a total, a huge success. It really got me back, and others, but they have since left.
I probably do not play enough to give a thoroughly, and well-organized, analysis. I can say, however, I am not even exactly sure why I play. I dislike raiding. My guild has maybe 3 people active in it at a time. The community is, at best, mediocre. Hacking and cheating is rampant, and some even say, necessary to just "enjoy" the game.
Frankly, the game is not dead - it is just buried alive.
They really need a new progression servers with modified progression rules.
I havent played to much eq1, but I am enjoying eq2 quite a bit, on the bazaar server there is no shortage of people,
playing eq2 and two worlds
I'm guessing this link says it all:
