how to get US version?

Hi, i am in EU and because i here that GOA are faikling to run War and are already falling behind teh US by far. The EU servers are emptying faster than a holy bucket. I have been told and have read that if i was to go for this game to get the US version. Would it be a simple way to order the US game from Amazon.com install and be able to use my EU bank or will it be a mess about to play on the US servers??

I did used to play Daoc that was run by GOA but left because they were over half a year behind the US in patch's which was rediculous plus other laggy problems. I havent been back since but all i have read is GOA ruining the EU version and that the US version is flourishing and doing well.
