Free Char Copy Question

i have a lv 18 hunter on a pve realm but when i try to copy on website it only shows lv 1 chars not my lv 18 one on blades edge

To be honest, a level 18 isn't even worth transfering, if you get addons like quest helper, you can get level 20 in about 3 days or less if you're really fast / have a lot of time to play.
